Subscription Terms (Centric Pro)

1. Fees: The "Centric Pro" subscription is billed at $20.00 USD per month. This grants access to unlimited uploads, marketplace discounts, and promotional eligibility.

2. Cancellation & "Safe Harbor": You may cancel at any time.

If you cancel, your existing music remains online and continues to monetize.
Your account will be frozen (no new uploads).
You lose access to Pro perks (free beats, discounts) immediately upon downgrade.

3. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except where required by local law.

Artist Monetization & DSP Rules

1. Streaming Royalties: Active subscribers earn a guaranteed rate of $0.008 USD per qualified stream (30+ seconds). Royalties are calculated monthly.

2. Digital Sales (100% Payout): Centric Beats takes 0% commission on direct digital sales (MP3/WAV downloads) for active Pro subscribers. You keep 100% of the net revenue (minus standard transaction fees from payment processors).

3. Grant of Promotional Rights: By subscribing, you grant Centric Beats a non-exclusive license to use your uploaded content (Audio, Video, Images) for marketing purposes (emails, social media ads) to drive traffic to the platform. This right terminates for new campaigns if you cancel your subscription.

Sharing & Behavioral Advertising

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us operate. For example, we use Google Analytics to understand how customers use the Site. We may also share information to comply with laws or protect our rights.
